Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2C sales
• Minimum of 3 years managing sales representatives with proven success
• Must have a working manager mentality, actively involved in day-to-day operations
• Proven ability to develop and implement company-wide sales policies and strategic initiatives
