A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, Enterprise & Strategic.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on sales onboarding to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires
• Standardize key stages of the sales cycle to enhance sales process execution
• Deliver training and coaching programs to improve seller performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or related role in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales and needs of quota-carrying AEs
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Deep empathy for sellers and a passion for their success
• Experience with modern enablement tools and familiarity with sales methodologies
