Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the U.S. Application Delivery Management (ADM) business.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing ADM sales team to build pipeline and deliver results
• Define and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key enterprise customers and guide them through solution design and decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of enterprise software sales experience, with 3-5 years in a sales leadership role
• Proven success managing quota-carrying sales teams and exceeding targets in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of the Application Delivery Management space, including DevOps and lifecycle management
• Strong track record in solution-based selling to enterprise customers, including closing large, complex deals
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience will be considered
