A company is looking for a Director of Sales for Frozen Handheld & Spreads/Coffee in US Retail Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable sales growth by building and executing annual customer business plans
• Develop strategic business plans and manage sales forecasts and performance
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and drive category growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• 5+ years of experience in managing large sales teams
• Strong understanding of P&L management and customer management skills
• Experience with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or IRI
