A company is looking for a Sales Director - Midwest to lead a team of outside sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6 to 10 outside sales specialists to exceed sales goals
• Ensure sales activities and metrics are logged in Salesforce and report on business performance
• Provide coaching and support for team development while fostering a positive team environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of successful SMB B2B sales and leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in cold calling, social selling, and high-volume full cycle sales
• Experience in SaaS or other software sales preferred but not required
