Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Partner Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post-sales support for Agent Channel Managers and their customers
• Assist in the proposal process by providing solutions, quotes, and contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams for billing analysis and commission dispute resolutions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years telecommunications and sales operations experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years working with commercial customers required
• Minimum of three (3) years of Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 experience required
