Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager who will be the strategic and operational backbone of their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute revenue strategies to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
• Map and optimize the end-to-end revenue process while driving adoption of process changes
• Own the go-to-market tech stack and build dashboards for actionable KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role, preferably in SaaS
• Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
• Advanced Salesforce administration and reporting skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
