Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on outbound calling and qualifying sales opportunities
• Oversee daily operations of the SDR team, including coaching, managing lead queues, and tracking performance metrics
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on pipeline generation strategies and provide feedback on campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience in sales management, specifically with an SDR team of 8 or more
• Proven track record in recruiting, retaining, and developing sales talent
• Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets while tracking performance metrics
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-evolving environment
• Demonstrated collaborative skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners
