Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWR Sales Customer Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and improve Pre-Race, Race, and Post-Race Customer Engagement processes
  • Assess and recommend tools for managing customer engagement data
  • Define success metrics for the Customer Engagement Workstream and track impact on sales metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales or Sales Program Management experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management with executive and customer stakeholders
  • Proven ability in strategy and program management
  • Experience in optimizing processes and implementing new tools or technologies
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role is preferred
