Key Responsibilities

• Guide independent candidates in launching and growing grassroots campaigns
• Identify impactful ways to utilize Pro tools and services for candidate success
• Maintain candidate records in HubSpot and track engagement progress

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in outreach, sales, business development, or political organizing
• Ability to build trust and guide candidates towards action
• Experience managing a pipeline in HubSpot or equivalent CRM
• Comfortable using technology and AI-powered tools
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
