About the Role
Join a collaborative and driven team at RSNE. We're looking for a solution-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our Operations Department. Our Main Office is the central nervous system of RSNE and this person will have exposure to every part of our business. Reporting to our Director of Operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience while also supporting critical internal processes. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes, contribute your skills, and grow alongside a passionate team.
This is a Full-time, on-site position at our Lakeville, MA location. There is the possibility of one day per week work from home, scheduled around the needs of the business. Flexible start and end time is available.

You’ll be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including managing purchase orders, invoicing, and scheduling jobs, while also serving as a bridge between our customers and essential services. Your ability to communicate clearly and address concerns will ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients. Additionally, you will handle HR administrative tasks and provide support to our sales team. Whether it's managing Accounts Payable/Receivable processes or implementing new systems, your resourcefulness and initiative will shine in this position.
