Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Monitor Specialist, Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts clinical file assessments to ensure adherence to required clinical standards
  • Participates in the development and review of clinical review tools for performance standards compliance
  • Escalates concerns identified during clinical file reviews and participates in relevant meetings and audits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Social Work/Counseling, or an Associate's degree with an RN and 3+ years of clinical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment (inpatient or outpatient)
  • 1+ year of experience in Managed Care preferred
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred
