Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Management Specialist in Harrisburg, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) program and the HCSIS database system
• Manage the Virtual Training Center (VTC) application and coordinate web-based training
• Collect, analyze, and report data for waiver applicant lists and federal compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or public administration preferred
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in human services or health administration
• High-level computer proficiency including database design/management
• Experience with web-based training platforms preferred
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources
