Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Gynecology
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Gynecologist specializing in women's health
• Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider
• Active state license in one of the specified states (CA, TX, FL, PA, GA, IL, MI, MA, or CT)
