Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of opportunity actualization and ensure accurate tracking in CRM
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to validate revenue recognition and resolve data discrepancies
• Lead initiatives to improve sales efficiency and support CRM optimization

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and opportunity management
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience with tools like HubSpot, Looker, and Tableau is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong data manipulation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity effectively
