Bilingual Sales Enablement Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Trainer to empower their Sales, Account Management, and Onboarding teams through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live and recorded training sessions in English and Spanish for global teams
• Develop and maintain enablement content such as playbooks and certification paths
• Partner with team leads to identify skill gaps and adjust training initiatives accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, with training experience in both languages
• 2-3 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or training roles
• Experience in a revenue-driven role, such as Sales or Account Management
• Proven ability to facilitate virtual training sessions across multiple time zones
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
