• Set the long-term operational direction for Revenue Operations and align initiatives with company growth goals
• Provide recommendations to improve sales efficiency and continuously refine revenue processes and policies
• Develop accurate revenue forecasts and create dashboards for insights and transparency

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in scaling revenue operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Expert-level experience with sales and marketing technology stacks, including CRM and AI-driven solutions
• 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably at a SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data systems
