Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservations Sales Specialist to convert leads into confirmed reservations in a performance-driven sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the reservation process via phone and online inquiries, presenting available inventory and addressing their needs
• Prepare lease paperwork and update reservations in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring accurate documentation of guest communication
• Participate in team meetings to align on best practices and represent the company's core values in all interactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in hospitality, real estate, corporate housing, or a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with Salesforce CRM
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with basic math proficiency
