Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and manage outbound follow-up calls with prospects
• Gather information necessary to provide quotes and answer questions regarding products and the sales process
• Verify the accuracy of employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation

Required Qualifications

• Must have completed high school or equivalent
• Must have an active property and casualty license or be able to complete the state exam prior to training
• Must have experience using Microsoft Office suite
