Remote Virtual Intakes Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Intakes Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming referrals related to workers' compensation psychological treatment
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Historian Psychological Assistants' calendars
• Maintain organized, confidential records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a behavioral health, medical, legal, or insurance setting preferred
• Experience handling workers' compensation referrals is a plus
• Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling tools, and digital office platforms
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
