A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships to drive product adoption and success
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and advocate for their needs
• Monitor account health, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS organization
• 3+ years of experience in public safety is preferred
• Prior experience with UAS is strongly preferred
• Experience with modern networking and cloud software installations is a plus
• Proven track record in a fast-paced SaaS environment is preferred
