Job Summary:

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have 5-10 years of experience working in a healthcare-related company. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate surgical procedures while providing top-tier patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients regarding surgery dates, pre-operative instructions, and necessary documentation.
• Work with insurance providers to verify coverage, obtain authorizations, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, medical staff, and hospitals to streamline scheduling and logistics.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient medical history, test results, and required paperwork.
• Address patient concerns, answer inquiries, and provide a high level of customer care throughout the surgical process.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• 5-10 years of experience in a healthcare or medical-related company.
• Strong background in customer service and patient relations.
• Experience with medical scheduling, insurance verification, and billing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical confidentiality regulations.
