A company is looking for a Remote Part-Time Panel Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of panel operations, including onboarding, training, and session management
• Facilitate virtual training and calibration sessions to promote skill development and panel growth
• Provide coaching and feedback to panelists while ensuring high-quality data delivery and communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline
• Proven experience leading sensory panels or diverse teams in research or educational settings
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient with remote research platforms and data interpretation
