Job Summary

A company is looking for a DC Engineer Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure service delivery including data centers, networks, cloud services, and end-user computing
• Monitor and improve service performance and availability, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL best practices
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements while overseeing change management processes

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in IT infrastructure service delivery and management
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks
• Familiarity with data center operations, network management, and cloud services
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Understanding of security policies and regulatory compliance in IT infrastructure
