Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Agile/SAFe transformations for clients
• Empower clients by connecting their vision to value through strategic coaching
• Facilitate complex events and provide insights for data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-7 years of experience in an Agile role (e.g., Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach)
• SAFe certification (e.g., SPC) is required
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and practices
• Proficiency with enterprise Agile tools (e.g., Jira Align, Azure DevOps)
• Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and value stream mapping
