Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler for a full-time, remote position working day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers and services, obtaining necessary approvals for changes
• Maintains and updates provider contact information and ensures accurate entry of patient data into the electronic medical system
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and participates in related projects

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• One year of experience in a similar role
• No professional license or certifications required
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting and data entry
• Familiarity with electronic medical systems is preferred
