Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to 50 to 70 clients daily, assisting with primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service
• Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program to prepare for the role

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma (additional credit for a bachelor's degree)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations
• Proficient with technology and web-based systems
• Experience in medical/insurance customer service or related fields
• Background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
