Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide informed and accurate communications to guests about products and services via telephone
• Maintain quality performance on incoming calls, aiming to answer at least 85-90 calls per day
• Collaborate with managers to achieve monthly departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year call center experience and/or an associate's degree/college degree desired
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls efficiently
• Dependable, flexible, and self-motivated team-oriented individual
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Bilingual skills are desired
