Automotive STAR Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive STAR Center Agent (Remote) with automotive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, documenting contacts in Cherwell
• Provide diagnostic direction to Dealer Technicians and follow up until resolution is achieved
• Communicate product issues to relevant teams and submit resolutions through defined service reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) within the primary call taking area
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine required
• Basic PC software knowledge, including Windows and keyboarding skills
