We’re searching for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment & Administrative Coordinator to support a growing founder-led team across candidate sourcing, admin, and business development functions.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety – from scheduling podcast guests in Dubai to preparing high-quality candidate shortlists and managing campaign outreach. You’ll be instrumental in helping the business scale by handling the day-to-day tasks that free up the founder’s time to focus on growth.
If you have experience in recruitment, operations, and light sales, plus familiarity with the consultancy or digital transformation space – even better.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source and engage candidates across the UK and UAE using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Prepare anonymised CVs and professional candidate summaries for client review.
- Conduct pre-screens based on specific job briefs and cultural fit criteria.
- Keep recruitment records and databases updated.
- Podcast & Diary Coordination
- Manage guest outreach and scheduling for a fast-growing industry podcast.
- Coordinate calls across UK and UAE time zones.
- Ensure smooth communication and professional follow-up with guests.
- Inbox, Admin & Calendar Management
- Manage a busy inbox and ensure urgent tasks are prioritised.
- Schedule client and candidate meetings and confirm attendance.
- Organise files, documents, and keep track of deadlines.
- Dripify, LinkedIn & CRM Campaign Support
- Run LinkedIn outreach and Dripify lead generation campaigns.
- Track responses, update CRM, and follow up with prospects.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining campaign momentum.
- Sales & Business Development Support
- Research and identify potential leads in the UK and UAE.
- Prepare pitch documents or introductory materials.
- Support follow-ups with warm leads and coordinate the next steps.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or operational support.
- Prior exposure to international markets, particularly the UAE, is highly advantageous.
- Experience managing schedules, inboxes, and communication for busy founders or consultants.
- Confident working with LinkedIn, Dripify, and CRM tools.
- High level of written and spoken English with a polished, professional manner.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and shift gears quickly.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, financial crime, data protection is a huge advantage.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop and high-speed, uncapped internet.
- Monthly Salary: R25,000 – R28,000 (depending on experience and fit)
