Senior Editor/Creative Lead

We need a Senior Editor / Creative Lead to help streamline our workflow while bringing fresh ideas to the table. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on video editing with creative direction. You’ll help shape the way we tell stories, ensure consistency across all content, and mentor the team to improve efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the editing workflow to ensure content is produced efficiently and at a high level.
• Editing social-first videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Providing creative direction to maintain a strong, recognizable brand style.
• Working with our junior editor and social media team to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality.
• Giving constructive feedback and guidance to elevate the team’s skills.
• Collaborating on content strategies for brand partnerships and campaigns.
• Staying ahead of social media trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.

• You’re an experienced video editor who knows how to create content that stops people from scrolling.
• You have a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and motion graphics.
• You understand social media platforms and what performs well on each one.
• You’re highly organized and can help build systems that improve efficiency.
• You enjoy collaborating with a small, tight-knit team in a startup environment.
• You’re passionate about Arizona’s culture, food, and community.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and digital content creation  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
• A portfolio that shows strong, engaging social media content.
• Experience managing or mentoring a creative team is a plus.
