Rider Engagement and Communications Specialist (Freelance)

Scope of Services:

• Create engaging and informative content for riders in both English and Chinese (Traditional).

• Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for rider communications using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

• Translate written communications between English and Chinese (Traditional).

• Other ad-hoc task assigned 

• Able to work for 2-3 weekdays per week; immediately available is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and organization.

• Good command of written Chinese and English.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Candidates are expected to utilize their personal laptops and devices for related work.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Communications & Engagement Specialist to create engaging and informative content for our rider community. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring effective communication with our riders, which is critical for their experience and our operational success. You will develop, translate, and visually design communications for various platforms, ensuring clarity and cultural relevance. This role requires a high degree of creativity, accuracy, patience, and the ability to work independently.
