Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies and post payments
• Follow up on insurance claim denials and appeals while maintaining patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with the team to develop performance tools and assist patients with financial responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in a medical-related field required
• Experience with HCPC and CPT codes
• Insurance and financial counseling experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred; bilingual capabilities are a plus
