A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from initiation to closure
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as a point of contact for partner agents and customers
  • Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and actively pursue claim mitigation opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience required
  • Experience in specific states preferred: TX, IA, IL, KS, MI, NJ, OK, PA, WI, and CA
  • Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Experience in claim adjudication, medical management, and litigation management
