Workday Talent Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Talent and Performance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
  • Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases
  • Build strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional customer service


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Workday Talent and Performance lead consultant
  • Experience completing at least two Workday Talent and Performance implementations
  • Workday Talent and Performance Implementer Certification is required
  • Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
