Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in a solutions consulting role or similar experience in product management
• 5+ years of lean process improvement or operations management experience in a service environment
• 3-5+ years of P&C operations management experience preferred
• Proven experience in the insurance industry with a deep understanding of insurance products and processes
• Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of insurance platforms and claims management solutions
