Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess Workday HCM configurations for accuracy and compliance
• Optimize business processes and workflows within various Workday modules
• Identify system inefficiencies and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday HCM analyst, administrator, or consultant
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, and Reporting
• Experience leading or supporting Workday optimization projects
• Ability to translate technical details into business-friendly language
• Workday HCM Certification or relevant Workday credentials preferred
