Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance the hiring experience across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interview scheduling and ensure a smooth interview process for candidates and interviewers
• Support the recruiting process for early careers, including interns and co-ops, and build relationships with university career services
• Assist with job postings, maintain ATS data, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, and social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating complex meetings and managing multiple calendars
