Draft and prepare regulatory filings and corporate documents required by state and federal agencies
Assist in responding to state audits and examinations, and support mergers and acquisitions teams
Maintain tracking charts and organize all substantive work products in an electronic file storage system
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 3 years in managed healthcare
Proficient in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and legal research tools
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, or Paralegal Certificate
Knowledge of NAIC regulations and state insurance departments' filing portals
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a heavy workload
