Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage ad sales contracts with ad agencies, particularly in gaming, media, and entertainment
• Independently handle complex deals, managing escalations as needed

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ad sales legal counsel, particularly in media and entertainment
• Experience from both sales and legal perspectives is beneficial, with a focus on the sales side
• Proven track record in negotiating complex deals with ad agencies
• Ability to work independently and manage escalations effectively
• Experience working remotely within the US time zone
