Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Contracting Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on provider contracting matters and assist in developing solutions to legal issues
• Support provider contracting and network development by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents while contributing to legal strategies for disputes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 5+ years of corporate or health law experience required
• 3+ years of managed care/provider contracting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid insurance and related regulations preferred
• Bar Admission and currently in good standing required
