Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Temporary (Remote in Virginia).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Virginia residents with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes and eligibility inquiries
• Provide informed responses to complex concerns and document interactions across multiple systems
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service through patience and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF programs preferred
• Strong computer skills, including navigation of multiple systems
