Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Representative I to process and maintain eligibility information for individual and employer groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate eligibility records for the assigned line of business
• Enter system eligibility data daily, including new enrollees, changes, and cancellations
• Conduct periodic audits of group eligibility data and respond to inquiries from individuals or employer groups

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year of general work experience required
• Healthcare experience is a plus
