Total Loss Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Loss Associate responsible for supporting various servicing support teams by processing requests and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process retail loan and lease payments, titles, and back office work, including customer issues and credit disputes
• Support leads and associates in workload distribution and coach team members to enhance performance
• Monitor daily workloads and recommend improvements to meet KPIs and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Background in banking, insurance, or titles is preferred
• Experience with service level tracking and accountability for daily task entry
• Familiarity with QA assessments and the ability to adapt to a multi-functional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
