Key Responsibilities

• Support the team and families by reviewing assessments and care plans for Medicaid Waiver recipients
• Oversee supervision requests and justifications related to service provision
• Utilize electronic devices and tools to complete daily tasks remotely

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Documented combination of relevant work experience and skills
• Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training is a plus
• Knowledge of Virginia Medicaid Waivers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable internet connection and proficiency in various applications
• Submission to a criminal background check and provision of two references are required
