Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service excellence to executive-level travelers and handle incoming requests via multiple channels
• Search and confirm travel reservations while guiding customers on travel policies and regulations
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry and applicable supplier rules

Required Qualifications

• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, and procedures
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre
• Ability to work afterhours
