Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work at Home Customer Service Advisor for Indiana residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, process, and resolve customer and health care provider inquiries regarding benefits and insurance
• Educate customers and team members on policies and procedures
• Document interactions in the tracking system to maintain organized records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Availability to work shifts within specified hours, including possible weekends
• Must be an Indiana resident with access to hard-wired high-speed internet
