Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow the client services team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
• Oversee the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success and retention
• Act as the executive sponsor for key clients, nurturing strong, trusted relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or agency leadership
• Direct experience managing a $20M+ agency P&L
• Demonstrated ability to scale new service offerings or business units
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
