Vice President of Claims Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Claims Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of claims technology platforms across the organization
• Partner with various teams to develop scalable solutions that enhance automation and customer experience
• Oversee the delivery of technology initiatives and establish KPIs to measure performance

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in insurance technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of claims operations within P&C insurance, especially non-standard auto
• Proven experience implementing or modernizing claims platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong project management and vendor management skills
