Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integration Lead to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the integration lead for major Workday programs, including post-acquisition integration and job architecture transformation
• Conduct impact assessment and analysis of key dependencies and integration points
• Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle including scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience leading integrations in complex enterprise integration programs
• 4-5 years of direct experience in Workday integration development and management
• Deep technical knowledge of Workday tools including EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
